I was born in the 00s and i grew up with a handful of other katie’s. Does it make sense to use the nickname kit for catherine or does it only make sense to spell it katherine? [name_m]hi[/name_m] everyone, i’m talking hypothetically here, but here’s the following scenario.
As part of this, i want to change my middle name, katherine, to something that reads more masculine. I’m transgender and plan to change my name in the future. Have our boys name but definitely no girls names set yet.
We will call her [name]katie [/name]. I have always loved the name [name]caitlyn [/name], for obvious reasons though i cannot give my child that name. It can be hit or miss in this. I like double first names for girls, well some, that is.
Kit is my favorite nickname for catherine but catherine is definitely. I love the nickname [name]katie [/name]/ [name]catie. As a [name_f]katie [/name_f], i feel i absolutely need to weigh in on this! I also work with young children.
I would like her sister to have an equally formal. A person that can legally change their name wants to be known as. Would [name]catherine[/name] nn [name]erin[/name] work? I used to prefer [name_f]katie [/name_f], but i’ve been crushing on [name_f]katy [/name_f] lately.
