What do you see when you tune to channel 1115? Its very strange that only newsmax loses sound on xfinity yet you can hear the commercials. You can also use your voice remote and say 'newsmax' to find it on your x1 box. Can’t watch newsmax on xfinity for 1 minute without freezing.

Thought it may have been a cpac thing but the issue persists for normal programming as well. All of a sudden i get the message you don't have access to this channel. On 02/19/25 the newsmax channel started freezing for no reason. Is there a message on the screen?
