Are you using your netflix login details and not your sky account details to login on a different device. And netflix can't help they said go through sky. Upgraded my package recently to include netflix, paramount and movies.
I cant find how to do this. I have netflix as part of my sky package and can watch netflix through the app on my sky q box. Someone unauthorised has logged in and changed my email address.
But how do i log in to netflix on my smart tv? I can get it all to work on my tv ok. Does anyone know how i can sort my netflix? I deleted my netflix account when i started with sky glass as it was free, what log in details do i use to set up the account via sky? Or on the netflix app on my. I have netflix through sky but i dont know login details so i can watch on netflix app via a phone or tablet i can watch on sky no problem but not on phone. Netflix can't know what your sky password is and i'm 99% sure they don't handoff the login authentication to sky although that is technically possible.
