A subreddit to help you keep up to date with what's going on with reddit and other stuff. I was wondering if anyone knows about some local apps/ sites to sell things on like an online garage sale/ yard sale that are similar to craigslist. Craigslist did charge a $5 fee to list, but that didn't deter any of the fake car ads.
Look for reviews or recommendations elsewhere. This is a welcome change. Also how's the job market for restaurant/fast food/retail work?
I do a lot of selling and it would be helpful if i didn't have to duplicate every listing. Basically want to just post to one platform, and automate a duplicate ad on the other. Idk what you call shady but i've seen shady shit in craigslist while facebook is heavily auto moderated (probably too much cuz it always sets false positives and ban people for dumb reasons). It seems to me that craigslist is purposely being attacked (perhaps with the intent of causing people to lose trust/confidence in the site).
A los angeles community to post craigslist like posts for other redditors to buy, sell, rent, and more in the local los angeles area. Don't spam your non los angeles topics here. Hopefully it'll eliminate that issue. I swear by craigslist for everything, but it requires attention to detail and caution.
Craigslist has been a reliable source for finding garage sales. Craigslist had gotten practically useless with all the people spamming a bunch of car names for junk car ads. Perhaps there is a competitor site that wants to do away with free platforms like craigslist so they can charge you a fee? I'm coming to london in the fall for an internship, and i was wondering if there was a catchall site like craigslist where i can go to find jobs, things for sale, etc.
Craigslist is a largely unregulated marketplace that can be attractive to scammers and frauds, but it is also a rich wealth of opportunity for wonderful deals. Any advice would be apprecaited.
